The warehouse stage begins after a seller sends a purchased item to Hipobuy and the item is recorded in your account. It is the point between the domestic product order and the international parcel. Use it to confirm what arrived before you pay to ship products to your destination.

2. Match every stored item with the original order

Open the warehouse item and compare the product link, selected color, size, quantity and any seller notes with the order you placed. Keep the original listing and order record available. Resolve a mismatch before combining the item with others.

3. Review QC photos and useful measurements

Check the visible shape, color, labels, construction, included pieces, condition and relevant measurements. For clothing, compare chest, length, waist or inseam when available. For shoes, check the seller chart and insole or foot-length method. Request one focused photo or measurement if an important detail is unclear and the option is available.

4. Decide keep, exchange or return before parcel submission
