Public contact channel
For a broken product link, incorrect reference price, mismatched image, accessibility issue, policy question or factual correction, open a public issue in the project repository. Include the Hipo Sheets page URL and a short description of the problem.
Protect your information
The issue tracker is public. Never post passwords, login codes, addresses, order numbers, private QC images, payment details or identity documents. For a potentially sensitive security report, post only a minimal request for a private follow-up channel and no exploit details. See the security page first.
Useful details for a correction
- The exact Hipo Sheets URL.
- What appears wrong and what you expected to see.
- The date you observed the issue.
- A non-sensitive public source, when relevant.
