1. What Hipobuy Spreadsheet publishes
Hipobuy Spreadsheet is an independent product-discovery and planning resource. Product pages organize a product name, category, image, price reference, size or fit notes, planning weight, QC images when available and a path to the current listing. The website does not process orders or guarantee platform inventory, price, shipping routes or delivery outcomes.
2. Product links and publication rules
A product is included in indexable catalog paths only when it has a published record, a numeric USD price reference and a valid current listing link. Records without a verified live path can remain available for internal review, but checkout-style links and search indexing are restricted until the required listing details are present.
3. Price references
Prices are stored as USD references for comparison across the catalog. They are not guaranteed checkout totals. A live listing may change because of seller updates, selected variants, discounts, exchange rates, platform fees or other conditions. Visitors are asked to confirm the current amount on the opened listing before ordering.
4. QC photo classification
QC images are warehouse-style or inspection images connected to a specific product record. Typical signals include measurement rulers, warehouse backgrounds, packaging, labels, multiple inspection angles or close-up construction details. Clean white-background listing images are treated as product images rather than QC evidence. When a mismatch is reported, the image mapping is reviewed and corrected.
5. Size, fit and weight notes
Size notes prioritize measurements such as chest, length, shoulder, sleeve, waist, inseam, foot length or insole length. Letter sizing alone is not treated as sufficient. Weight is a planning value for comparison and shipping preparation; the final warehouse or packed parcel value should be used before payment.
6. Categories, brands and outfits
Categories come from the catalog record. Brand collections use product names, slugs, tags and known aliases. Outfit ideas combine currently published products into visual suggestions and are not fixed bundles. Every product color, variant, size, price and availability still needs to be confirmed separately.
7. Update and correction process
Catalog pages are rebuilt from the current product data on a recurring cache cycle. Last-checked dates show the stored review date for a record, not a guarantee that the listing has remained unchanged since then. Corrections are applied to the product record, media mapping or page logic, and important pages are then revalidated through the normal deployment and search-crawling process.
8. Affiliate independence
Some outbound paths may be affiliate or partner links. That relationship does not change the publication rules above. The website does not add fabricated reviews, ratings or guaranteed claims. Affiliate details are disclosed separately, and users are encouraged to verify current platform information before taking action.
