Polos and tees: chest, length and collar

Measure a similar top flat: chest width, shoulder width, body length and sleeve opening. Compare a polo’s collar and placket as well as its logo placement, hems and stitching. Use the seller’s measurement points instead of assuming that every size M has the same cut.

Method example: if your polo is 52 cm pit to pit, compare it with a chart using flat width. A chart showing 104 cm full chest circumference uses a different convention for the same approximate width.

Hoodies: sleeve length and room for layers

Compare chest width, body length and sleeves with a hoodie worn over a similar layer. Confirm where a dropped-shoulder sleeve is measured from. In QC photos, inspect hood shape, cuffs, pocket alignment, logo placement and the zipper when the selected style has one.

Shorts: waistband, rise and leg length

Compare waist, rise, inseam and leg opening with shorts you own. Check whether the waist is measured flat, around, relaxed or stretched. Review pocket and drawstring placement in QC photos. Photos cannot verify fabric composition, comfort, durability or authenticity; confirm the live variant and final packed weight.

Method example: a 40 cm relaxed flat waistband is approximately 80 cm around before stretching. It does not establish the maximum stretch or the body waist it will fit.
